Univar Solutions reported Total CO2e Emissions - Market-Based Scope 1 + Scope 2 for the twelve months ending 31 December 2020 at 111 Kt (-28 /-19.9% y-o-y). Also positively, carbon intensity plummeted to 13,435,935 t (-1,493,051 /-10% y-o-y).

Univar Solutions's Scope 3 emissions was up at 41 Kt (+4/+11% y-o-y).

The company is committed to reducing Scope 1 + 2 by 40% by 2030 from a base year 2019, which translates into the estimated reduction of -2.8 Kt per annum over the period of FY2021 - FY2030.
